All participants are required to register for the conference. The registration fee includes all keynote and concurrent presentations (excluding Pre-Conference workshops), meals, and networking events.
Pre-Conference Workshops (held on Tuesday)
Registrations rates listed above are for registrations completed by October 1, 2021. After October 1, 2021, all rates will increase by $25.00.
Refunds will be granted if postmarked by October 1, 2021 and submitted in writing and emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org. Refunds will not be granted after October 1, 2021, but substitutions will be allowed.
Conference participants are responsible for making their own hotel reservations. A block of rooms has been reserved at the conference hotel for KAM conference attendees at a discounted rate of $94.00 per night plus tax. This rate is available until September 24, 2021 or based on availability.
